Britney Spears’ shocking DUI arrest is getting even more dramatic as new details emerge from the March 4 traffic stop in Los Angeles.
According to police records obtained by multiple outlets, the 44-year-old pop star was arrested around 9:28 p.m. after officers allegedly spotted her black BMW swerving in and out of lanes on a Los Angeles roadway.

During the stop, Spears reportedly admitted to taking several prescription medications before driving, including 200mg of Lamictal, 40mg of Prozac, and 2.5mg of Adderall. Police also claim they discovered an Adderall bottle inside her purse that was not prescribed to her.
Officers allegedly found an empty wine glass inside the vehicle as well.
When asked if she had consumed alcohol, Spears reportedly told police she drank one mimosa earlier that afternoon. But the encounter quickly turned bizarre when officers asked her to rate her intoxication level.
“I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you,” Spears allegedly told officers. “I’m an angel.”
The police report claims Spears’ behavior shifted dramatically throughout the arrest, with officers describing her as going from confrontational to overly friendly within moments. At times, police say she even spoke in a British accent.
A 911 caller reportedly told dispatchers Spears’ BMW was nearly sideswiping multiple vehicles before officers pulled her over.
Police also stated they smelled alcohol on Spears’ breath and observed that her eyes appeared “red and watery” during the encounter.
