Vegan Stuffed Flatbread Recipe

For the Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Filling:
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- ½ cup finely chopped spinach
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ¼ cup finely chopped mushrooms (adds a savory, umami flavor)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt & pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough
✔️ In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
✔️ Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
✔️ Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
