Job Overview: The Data Input Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. The Data Input Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure the integrity and consistency of the data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into various software systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before input.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while working with large sets of data.
  • Update, clean, and organize data to ensure it is accessible and up to date.
  • Work with team members to resolve any discrepancies in data.
  • Assist in the creation and generation of reports based on inputted data.
  • Ensure compliance with data management protocols and company standards.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide general administrative support related to data entry tasks.
  • Assist with any other duties or projects as required by the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data is a plus.
