The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Demand Generation team, responsible for driving awareness, generating new leads, and nurturing existing contacts and opportunities through various paid and unpaid channels. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective digital marketing strategies to meet top-of-funnel and inbound pipeline generation goals. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong grasp of digital advertising, budget management, and multi-channel campaign execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Digital Advertising Management: Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to drive lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • ABM Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies using 6sense to engage targeted accounts.
  • Budget Allocation & Optimization: Strategically allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across channels, campaigns, and regions to maximize ROI.
  • Profile and Brand Visibility: Own and optimize Camunda’s presence on peer review sites and support content and event promotions via Opensense email signatures to drive traffic and conversions.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, paid social, and ABM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and 6sense, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Opensense or a similar email signature tool
  • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards to track conversions, pipeline, and funnel progression
  • Experience at a high growth, global tech company
  • Experience working remotely


What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $86,200.00 to $129,200.00
  • Germany: €57,300.00 to €85,900.00
  • United Kingdom: £55,800.00 to £83,700.00
  • Singapore: S$107,000.00 to S$160,500.00
