How you'll fit in:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at the CSG Justice Center, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic communications division and in partnership with our Justice Counts and data teams. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics will be instrumental in advancing our mission and programmatic objectives. What you'll do:
Specific responsibilities of the digital marketing manager include the following:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Create and optimize content for digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy development and implementation.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance efforts to ensure data integrity and successful marketing initiatives.

- At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns or equivalent educational achievement
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing software
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to varied audiences
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates

How you'll fit in:
The digital communications specialist is an integral part of the Communications and External Affairs division. In this role, you will work collaboratively across the organization to integrate digital communications initiatives into a coordinated multimedia strategy. This includes providing day-to-day digital support that may include maintenance, content development, and analytics reporting for CSG Justice Center social media accounts, emails/newsletters, and websites.

Specific responsibilities of the digital communications specialist include the following:
- Develop digital content for our platforms and assist in exploring new content concepts and detecting new trends across digital media.
- Help maintain the content calendar and support dissemination of social and/or emails/newsletters.

Overview:
Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive new patient volume and revenue growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will lead and execute the organization’s corporate digital marketing strategy. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, balancing brand awareness and lead generation goals to support network growth and post-merger integration.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Leads and operational teams to optimize digital properties and marketing approaches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for website vendors, ensuring quality and timely updates for the Axia enterprise site and white-label sites.
- Oversee SEO efforts for Axia's main and white-label websites to ensure optimal visibility.
- Manage PPC campaigns with external vendors, aiming for maximum impression share with minimal cost-per-acquisition (CAC) and cost-per-click (CPC).
- Plan, launch, and assess digital campaigns (email, paid social, PPC, digital networks).
- Develop and implement new inbound strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Lead email marketing programs and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage the distribution of monthly e-newsletters and coordinate with the team for targeted content.
- Organize and manage mailing lists for digital campaigns, ensuring successful delivery.

Lead Generation & Automation:

Strategic Support:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace).
- Familiarity with HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, database management, and page layout.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, and other paid media channels.
- HubSpot certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.

The Senior HR Data Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the Human Resources team, focusing on compensation and HR processes. The mentor's responsibilities

Due to growth in our fundraising client base, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Content Strategist to join our team and support our account teams as they partner with clients to achieve their fundraising goals.
The successful candidate will be able to draft engaging marketing and fundraising content across appeal solicitations, stewardship communications and event invitations across print (direct mail), email, social and website channels — including on our proprietary systems. About you
You have:

We’re looking for a highly-strategic, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with a proven track record in campaign development and product storytelling while overseeing internal marketing operations.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to oversee 360 go-to-market deliverables from start to finish, mapping out and scheduling project needs, and creating deliverable timelines for our owned channels and agency partners.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing operations processes. Manage, identify, and implement operational improvements to our internal workflows.
- Own the master marketing calendar and pertinent cross-functional communications across Content, E-commerce, Communications, and our agency partners.
- Help plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Channels include social media, email, paid media, influencer partnerships, and online promotions.
- Prepare briefs and timelines to inform cross functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion. Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing asset requests and act as a liaison between brand and agency partners. Implement cross-functional processes, as needed.
- Partner with teams to understand what is performing, and build a deep understanding of what’s working to drive both engagement and conversion.
- Presents ideation for new messaging opportunities and narratives, including identifying opportunities while utilizing performance insights to help evolve our message across all channels as the brand continues to grow.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and agencies to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns for better engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience at a DTC or omni-channel brand. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred; substantially relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong project management skills and prioritization skills are required.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and digital marketing platforms
- Capability to adapt to new technologies and stay abreast of the changing digital landscape.
