Remote Amazon Brand Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Client-Facing Brand Manager to join our growing Amazon agency. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, executing advertising strategies, and driving performance across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Amazon agency work and a deep understanding of eCommerce advertising tools, platforms, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Advertising Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to meet KPIs and client objectives. Experience with Quartile is an added bonus.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with quartile teams, data analysts, creative, and sales teams to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
- Be a Great Manager: Work with your team and properly manage and work with your delivery side team mates
- Platform Expertise: Lead campaigns across various digital platforms including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Criteo, Instacart, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting to clients on campaign performance, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations for growth.
- Goal Achievement: Track and manage client goals, ensuring deadlines and performance objectives are consistently met.
- Innovation: Leverage automated AI PPC solutions and new technologies to drive innovation and results for clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing within an Amazon agency or related environment.
- Proven experience managing and executing advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with DSP (Demand-Side Platform) tools and other advertising technologies (Criteo, TikTok Shop, Instacart).
- Experience with automated AI PPC solutions or other advanced advertising technologies is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with clients effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with brands in various industries (e.g., CPG, electronics, fashion, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry best practices, new trends, and tools in digital advertising and Amazon marketing.
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP, Walmart Media, and other programmatic ad solutions.
