Breaking News: Southern California Braces for the Strongest Storm in a Year

A powerful storm is barreling towards Southern California, threatening to bring widespread roadway flooding, landslides, and debris flows to the region. The storm, expected to hit on Thursday, will be the strongest to affect the area in over a year.
