Hollywood actor Zac Efron is recovering well after a “minor swimming incident” at a villa in Ibiza, Spain, on Friday night. According to sources, Efron was found inside the swimming pool by two people working at the villa, who pulled him out of the water.

As a precautionary measure, Efron was taken to the hospital in Ibiza, where he was treated and later discharged on Saturday morning.

The actor took to social media to assure fans that he’s fine following the incident. He posted a photo of himself working out, captioning it “Happy and healthy — thanks for the well wishes”.

This incident comes after a previous health scare in 2013, where Efron shattered his jaw and sustained a gash that required stitches. He had mentioned in an interview that he “almost died” from the incident.
