For the Breading:
✅ 1 cup all-purpose flour
✅ ½ cup cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
✅ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (adds umami flavor)
✅ 1 tsp paprika
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅ 1 tsp onion powder
✅ ½ tsp black pepper
✅ ½ tsp salt
✅ 1 tsp poultry seasoning (or a mix of sage, thyme, and oregano)
For Frying:

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Tofu Nuggets
- Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Tear into nugget-sized chunks for a more realistic texture.
