Love & Lust the Podcast Episode 48- What going to a sex club is actually like.

Love & Lust is a podcast about sex and relationships. For the full interview about sex clubs, please click the links above. Read the interview by Ana Lefebvre below.

Ana- What is a sex club?

This is coming from a person who has never experienced a sex club in my life. This is purely for the beginners out there, my initial impression- it’s really intimidating. You don’t know really what to expect, but it’s really just a liberating free-for-all place as far as like, what can be done, what you can do, what you can explore, exhibitionism, dungeons, playroom …anything.

Ana- Can you go by yourself or do you have to go with people?

In the one primarily here, it is really just for couples. They do their pricing that way, so it’s cheaper for a couple to go in. If you’re a single woman, you can go in, and it’s like $20, but if youre a single man, it’s like $200, and then it’s really just a place where swingers can go ahead and explore other body types or other types of different people you wouldn’t naturally see in your own life.

Ana- If you are single and you’re going by yourself, is there an opportunity to meet up with other people?

There’s an opportunity to meet new people in a sex club as a single woman that I saw, but if youre a single man, they do like a 10 to 1 ratio- so for every 10 couples that go in, one single male can go in. It is more crowded with females.

Ana- How do you find a sex club?

I found it through word of mouth, but if youre on FetLife or anything like that, those are really the people that are in the know.

Ana- Did you have to sign up for different “play” rooms in the sex club you attended?

No. You can utilize any of the rooms that are there on the premises. They have a hotel room that you can stay in. They have different sex-themed rooms in the sex club and people will go directly just for those rooms, but anyways, going into it as a person that never really understood what Kinks I liked, I didn’t know which room to go to. In the dungeon, you just walked in and it’s not really like anybody’s regulating it. You just kind of going in, you’re observing and then you can jump in. It’s not like you have to sign up or anything like that. You just start partaking.

Ana- Are there people that walk around that are a part of the club that watch and make sure that everything is going according to the agreement of the, I am going to call them players of, the players in the club.

Yes, so they do have employees. It’s really just one of the cleanest places, I’ve ever been to. They have clean towels for you, clean sheets for you all that stuff, to make sure that everything is as clean as possible.

Ana- How big was it? Ikea big or Chilis big?

It’s Ikea big. They have 130 rooms from what I remember and that’s just for people to stay on-premises. They have a nightclub. They have an outdoor area with a pool and jacuzzi and outdoor bars.

Ana- Let’s talk about cell phones. What’s the rule with cell phones?

So you’re not supposed to have it on you. You’re not allowed to have your cell phone to take pictures and what happens there stays there because you have so many different people from all walks of life that come in there.

Ana- What about condoms?

You have to supply your own, definitely, if you are going to play with any other partners or whatever, definitely bring extra. They have lockers there to where you can go ahead and load up your ammo.

Ana- Do you have any advice for men and for women when they go to the sex club for the very first time.

I want to say, just be confident in what you have and what youre doing, because obviously, everybody’s going to be different sizes and have different capabilities. Women be confident! You are considered a queen in this environment. Explore. You never know what’s out there for you and what you may like.

What Science Says About Relationship Breaks: Are They Healthy?

Taking a break in a relationship can be beneficial for both partners. It’s a chance to step away and reassess the relationship to determine if it’s worth saving or if it’s time to move on. Despite the potential positives of a break, research shows that they can also be detrimental to relationships, depending on how they are handled.

The Different Shapes of Vaginas/ Misogyny in Today’s Society

In Episode 31 of Love and Lust, The Podcast, Ana Lefebvre and Camille Corbett discuss social issues such as Misogyny in Today’s Society.

Misogyny is the dislike of women, contempt of women, or prejudice against women. Just like systematic racism, misogyny has been going on for so long that many people spread it without a second thought.

Love and Lust, The Podcast, has a mission to highlight and bring attention to these social issues. Hopefully after listening to Episode 31 people can start to recognize when they are being misogynistic and news flash, women can be misogynistic too.

Sexism occurs so vastly that everyone must be very aware of what misogyny is and how to stop it. I have found out that a lot of people are unconscious of their Misogynist behavior. Sweetie and Doja Cat came out with a song recently, called Best Friend, where they called out the “fake-woke” men that are actually misogynistic. If you are unaware if you are a misogynist please click here.

Also discussed in Episode 31 of Love and Lust is the different Shapes of Vaginas. To view what types of vaginas you might have seen (*wink *wink) click here.

Ana Lefebvre, Love and Lust the Podcast Interview with OnlyFans Rhonda
Love and Lust, The Podcast, had an enlightening conversation with Rhonda as she explained the ins and outs of OnlyFans and what it’s really like to be an OnlyFans creator right now.

Ana Lefebvre also answered the popular question: Would she have an only fans account and her thoughts on it.

Rhonda is an adult content creator on OnlyFans with 3.5k fans.

She makes content mostly for breast lovers via topless images and fetish videos. She believes that the human body – even when displayed in a sexual manner can be considered beautiful – whether the purpose is for arousal or art.

OnlyFans is a subscription app that allows creators to charge fans for access to photos, videos, and other content. Onlyfans has been around since 2016, but in 2020 the service started to gain mainstream attention due to economical circumstances.

It gained more popularity when top popstars like Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion’s basically co-signed it in a collaboration together.  In August, Cardi B set up an account.

Top 4 Rules for the Casual Sex Relationship

Top 4 Rules for the Casual Sex Relationship

Casual Sex- Sexual Activity Between Individuals That Are Not Committed to Each Other

Top 4 Rules for the Casual Sex Relationship

This topic was sparked during Love and Lust’s Episode 23 I do not believe anything you say After Sex. A Page From My F***Buddy Rule Book (Ft. Westside).

Make sure you listen to or watch the Love and Lust podcast about Casual Sex. If you have any questions, please e-mail Ana Lefebvre at itsanalefebvre@gmail.com.

Prior to this Love and Lust Episode, I didn’t believe anything that is said after sex, but after this episode, I have changed my mind. I have changed the rule to the first 48. The first 24 before and then the 24 hours after a casual hookup, one-night stand/ two-night stand, situationship, entanglement, or just plainly – a casual sex relationship.

Now, this is with someone that you do not have any commitment to and have never talked about a future with or have discussed a future with and they have not confirmed that they want one with you. One of those stagnant casual sex situations that are clearly just a good time.

I think that sometimes we forget to enjoy the moments and we try to impose our ideas of a relationship on something that should be one of those situations of “it is what it is”. We look for more into something that we have not communicated that we want more with. Keep in mind, most relationships end. Not everyone is compatible or good for us.

Here are my Top 4 Casual Sex Rules:

  1. You can not change someone; therefore, if they say they do not want anything that represents a commitment. Believe them. Now, if you can handle that, treat your situation as a casual sex relationship and do not push for more unless the person agrees to more.

2. Do not give relationship benefits to a casual sex relationship. You are giving this person too much of yourself and perhaps blocking your true match, by spending too much time with this person or putting too much energy into this casual sex engagement. Do not blur the lines. It is what it is.

3. Don’t believe the sweet nothings that are whispered in your ear when the person fails to commit to anything. This aligns with the topic of the first 48.

Now, I was asked if this applies to both males and females. I am heavy into communication. Why would something be acknowledged and said one time? I also express in other episodes of Love and Lust, that the bedroom is the room to relax and have fun. It shouldn’t be the place where you hold heavy conversations and discussions even if it is a casual hook-up.

4. Know when to end it.  The spark will eventually fade and it will be time to move on. Do not ghost the other person, but communicate when it’s time for you to move on.

Female Sexuality Part 2

Female Sexuality

Sexuality- your attraction, behaviors, feelings and thoughts towards others, sexually.

Female Sexuality

I wrote this podcast series because of the misconception about women’s sexuality.

I believe it is best to start at the very beginning to actually understand the cultural and economic circumstances that surround female sexuality measuring cup.

1. Female sexuality is culturally and economically related.

2. Females are traditionally supposed to make themselves desirable, but nothing more. If a woman is sexually forward, negative innuendo are often said about her.

3. Society throws the fairytale view of romance to women and they often subconsciously use this as the romance measuring cup.

4. We as women, must change the current narrative of the female sexuality.
