🌿 Cauliflower Wings
🥢 Ingredients
✅ 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
✅ 1 cup all-purpose flour
✅ ½ cup cornstarch
✅ 1 cup plant milk
✅ 1 tbsp hot sauce
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅ 1 tsp onion powder
✅ ½ tsp black pepper
✅ 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch!)
✅ Vegetable oil for frying or baking
For the Sauce:
✅ ½ cup hot sauce or BBQ sauce
✅ 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Coat the Cauliflower
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Toss cauliflower in wet batter + breadcrumbs.
2️⃣ Bake or Fry
- Fry at 350°F for 3-5 min OR bake at 425°F for 20 min.
3️⃣ Toss in Sauce
- Mix hot sauce + vegan butter, toss wings, and enjoy!
