🌿 Cauliflower Wings


🥢 Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch!)
Vegetable oil for frying or baking

For the Sauce:

½ cup hot sauce or BBQ sauce
2 tbsp melted vegan butter


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Coat the Cauliflower

  • Whisk together flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
  • Toss cauliflower in wet batter + breadcrumbs.

2️⃣ Bake or Fry

  • Fry at 350°F for 3-5 min OR bake at 425°F for 20 min.

3️⃣ Toss in Sauce

  • Mix hot sauce + vegan butter, toss wings, and enjoy!
