We're looking for a highly technical, engineering lead for our Customer Experience organizations who can elegantly simplify complex technical topics. How You Will Make an Impact:

Reporting to a Manager, Account Management, we are hiring an Account Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role as a strategic advisor, guiding our managed service and self-service clients throughout their client journey. Overview
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This role will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer requirements, defining and prioritizing product requirements, and collaborating with engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, and customer service to develop and deliver new products to market, while ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role specializes in the developer experience, requiring a strong technical background working with APIs.
Responsibilities
Product Management
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback on our developer portal, developer toolset, technical documentation, and APIs through direct customer interaction and data gathering.
- Create user personas based on understanding of customer roles and needs.
- Define, drive, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
- Create and/or maintain appropriate product documentation in JIRA.
